Source: roadiegI finally found the perfect solution for storing my artist pencils and markers - sort them by color in pen cups! Only, I didn’t have any pen cups and didn’t want to buy any. So I upcycled some out of Pringles chip cans!
Cut standard-size Pringles cans in half (we used a hacksaw) and sand edges. Be sure to save the lid! Each half should be about 4-4.25” tall. (If you use the larger “super stack” size cans, you will need to cut off a bit extra to get the cans at the right height.) Cut a piece of 8.5x11” kraft cardstock in half width-wise; glue the cardstock around each can. Embellish each can with ribbon. (I used color-coordinated ribbon for sorting.)
